I am selling cell phones and someone is interested in buying one from the Philippines, Does it work there or not?

You would have to unlock your phone, and have some sort of global roaming but it should work since that phone is a CDMA phone and the Philippines uses CDMA.

it should work, but make sure it is unlocked, it seems there is only one carrier has its service (Globe) http://site.globe.com.ph/web/guest/personal-blackberry-plans?sid=3p18j7nxd9gm1248888995820 I dont know if it is the same BIS (Blackberry Internet Service), i dont know if BB Push Email will work... but most probably Internet Browsing will work using EDGE GPRS
