It might work but it will be dongdistance charges.

Depends on your phone plan! If vodaphone has coverage there, you should not be charged any extra. If you don't have coverage there on your plan, you will be charged roaming fees, but you should still have coverage. (Phone service)

Ask your mobile operator whether they have any roaming service so it can be worked in phillipine also... Because am using a World Roaming Sim and its working for all over the country... i dono about Vodafone!! just try with ur operator...
