What are the job prospects for American Engineers to work in Philippines?
I have a Mechanical Engineering degree and would like to find a job working in the Philippines. I'd prefer to work for an American company and recieve American pay, but live/work in the Philippines. Any advice on particular companies to contact?

Should the Korea and Philippines work together?
Im asking because the koreans in the Philippines are getting many each week, Also in my school there are lots of korean, So just answer what u think.

Yes and any country who has many migrant citizens in the Philippines should work together for the benefit of their own citizens - either permanently or temporarily migrated. Obviously, the Koreans are the latest of foreign countries who found the Philippines worth living in. I am hoping however that Philippine government should work hard to protect the country's sovereign and rights if it's very citizen or we end up being the minority in our country one day. - I am a Filipino

just curious..with MEL what is it they have in common ?

Well they are similar in that they are both Asian countries. But in a religious aspect, the Philippines are mostly Roman Catholic and South Korea is primarily Protestant (though buddhism is on the rise). Economically South Korea is stronger with some rich companies such as Samsung, LG, and Hyundai (not just Motors but also their heavy industrials, which is the largest in the world, and their company Hynix, which is the sixth largest semiconductors company in the world). The Philipines GDP is about $145 Billion, compare that to South Korea's at about $1.196 trillion, or even the USA's at about $13 trillion

In a span of about 50 years Korea became an industrial and economic power in the world. The Korean people have a lot that they can teach people in the Philippines so that they will no longer have to export labor just to survive.

How can Nurses from the Philippines work in NYC Hospitals?
Does anyone know how a filipino nurse can work in NYC? What are the procedures and how long is the process?

Do you have your heart set on NYC? Ireland is DYING for nurses, and routinely recruit Filipinas. It's one of the very few occupations that can get you an almost immediate visa there. Also, you get paid in Euros, which are worth more than American dollars right now.

Can games from the Philippines work in the US?
I'm going to the Philippines for a vacation next week and I was wondering, on my US Xbox 360 can I play games bought in the Philippines? I hear games are cheaper, and I wanted to buy some. Also, will games like Halo ODST work on Live? I want to play my friends in the US with multiplayer games from the Philippines, can I?

no i dnt think so this is because xbox 360 is not unervsaial i tried this when i brought some games from us to play on my uk xbox 360 and it didnt work
