i am getting married next year to a philippino girl but i know i need to have a mental health certificate before they give me a visa unfortunatly i am under the mental health act in england ..would i be refused a visa because of thet. Ohhh also what is the exact procedure i need to go through in order to acquire this mental health certificate ..hat is the doctors responsibilty in uk and what is mine how exactly does this process work thank you bye

I'm particularly interested in getting information from Nursing graduates of Cebu's USC, or Silliman U in Dgte about their transition from the Philippines to the US after graduation.
