Hi cyruscarino, The Philippines mobile phone service uses the GSM band. AT&T and t-Mobile use the GSM band so any phone they offer will work in the Philippines. Norm

Is there a chance for a graduate nurse/non-license nurse from Philippines to work in any US hospital?

yes, there is a nursing shortage in most major US cities.
2 :
I'm going to assume you a Phillippine citizen.... so Yes, as long as you have the proper paperwork done to work in US, you can work in America temporarily until you become a US citizen or renew your paperwork.

How can a person from the Philippines go to work in another country?

you visit the POEA you be safe dont apply the fly now pay later or have people recruit you maybe its fake.

A trend now is risk going to a country that you want to work in as a tourist and look for a job while you are there. I have friends who have been successful in doing this. While it is very risky to spend a lot of money and cannot be guaranteed that you can find a job before your tourist visa expires, it also has its advantages. First, you don't have to go through all the red tape in our country. You don't have to wait a long time since you are applying personally to companies abroad. And more importantly, you have more choices and you can see for yourself your place of employment. A lot of people I know working abroad are not happy with their employers so it's much better to see for yourself the company before signing a contract. Most companies abroad who hire diverse nationalities are more than willing to help in the processing of documents to transfer your status from tourist to working visa. If you plan to do this, find a friend in that country and ask for his help on your travel plans. Always be safe and good luck =)
