Will a Wii bought in the US work in the Philippines? I know both use NTSC. What about the power supply? Besides an adapter, anything else needed?

Hello: It really depends. I would recommend you just use a little thing like this guy: http://www.topmic.com/141-0703.html Both a converter and an adapter. So instead of plugging in an adapter, then a converter, then your Wii, just plug the Wii into this. It works anywhere in the world so definitely a great buy. Best of luck.
