not sure what the current going rate is but it wont be much but u will get food and accommodation included, u will probably have to work long hours a resident visa will be provided by your employer

as far as i know: - salary in hotels are low - accomodation/transport/food provided - great experience - minimum contract period is 2 years- labour contract limited (unless otherwise) - chance to grow - you cant save much money as the salary range is from 2000+AED

Hotel Jobs in Dubai are plenty, however, the person with good people skills and a pleasing attitude gets better pay and other benefits. Of course, this does not happen overnight. If your hotel guests are kept happy, they spreads the word and those words reach the right ears. If it's an iPhone then probably via Twitter application like the official "Twitter" app or "Echofon." If it's a regular mobile phone then I guess via internet.

does skype work in the philippines
does skype work in the philippines?
Has anybody tried it without the webcam, just talk audio.? Please let me know what I need to do.

If you have unblocked internet... yes... The way skype works the only thing that anyone who is not you can tell from your internet traffic is The port number Your IP address Who your communicating with The port is normally the way that you can tell what someone is doing. Like port 80 is normal internet traffic.. you are using port 80 right now most likely. So if I was the government or a business I would block port 80. Most ports have a common use. So you can use skype with port 80 if you want.. It will just look like you might be doing online banking or something, There is no real way to tell because skype is encrypted. Skype does not have a common port that it uses because when you install skype it chooses a random port to use. This makes it pretty hard to block.

I have been using Skype for over 3 years with good results. I use it for Skype-to-Skype and Skype-to-Phone calls. Technically speaking, Skype should work anywhere in the world that has high-speed Internet connection. However, it is well know that there are a some countries around the world whose governments and ISP's may block Skype calls because it is considered competition to their monopoly telecom industry. Just download Skype and test it to find out if it works for you. http://www.skype.com/download/skype/windows/ Be sure your Windows Firewall or AntiVirus is not blocking Skype from accessing the Internet. It will not work if they do block it. If Windows Firewall and AV is allowing Skype but still not connecting to Internet, check the following setting in Skype: Tools--> Options--> Advanced--> Connection Here, you will see what port your Skype installation is trying to use to access the Internet. If your Router Firewall is blocking that port, then check the box: "Use port 80 and 443 as alternatives for incoming connections" This will fix many connection problems. Once installed and connected, just test your setup by calling the Skype Echo Server: "echo123" . You need a headset and microphone to talk and listen with. Call Echo123, and it will play back everything you say. This is how I test my connection and equipment with Skype. All calls to 1-800 numbers are free. Make a test call to Google's new free 411 business directory service. Test this by calling Goog411 at: 1-800-goog-411 (or, 1-800-466-4411) . This is a very cool new service by Google. It is voice activated and works quite well.
