I am going to be going over to the Philippines and I want to bring my Xbox-360 over there but I am not sure if my Xbox-360 will be compatible with the type of power outlets over there. Is it alright if I use it without some sort of adapter or not? If not, then what kind of adapter should I buy?

sure it would, but ask someone first before plugging into the outlet. because most of the time the outlet voltage in every house here is 220V and i believe that America has 110V.
