I tried to enlist our company in Yahoo! Local but the city choices are all in the US. Is this feature only available for US companies?

In the US, it is. If you live in a different country, chances are, Yahoo! is a US-made company. If you can't find Local Listings work for Yahoo!, try language settings on Yahoo! homepage. If this does NOT help or doesn't answer your question, then I cannot help you for future use of Yahoo! or Yahoo! answers.
