im not familiar with itunes bcos i never used it, but if its like a gift card u use to download music online then yes ofcorse it would work, me? personally id just download music from limewire lolz, free and easy

to use a US gift card, you'll need to open a US account, the card wont work for a philipines account. instructions here: http://usitunes.blogspot.com
